Hey! I’m Carlie, the owner and lead designer behind Dye the Knot Adventure Weddings & Elopements! I grew up in Illinois, where I was exposed to wedding planning even as a young girl. While earning my Bachelor’s in Nursing in Pensacola, Florida; I put my talents and knowledge to use and started my own wedding planning company. When I’m not planning the adventure wedding of your dreams, I take travel nurse assignments across the US so that I can help meet healthcare needs in various locations while having the opportunity to scout out lesser traveled scenic locations for my weddings clients. My husband and I live near the beach with our sweet puppy and two crackhead kitties; and we can’t wait to help you embark on the greatest adventure of your lives!

JaeKyung is my sweet husband and loyal supporter! After a stint in the intelligence department for the Army, he majored in business management & accounting in Pensacola, FL. Jae is now in charge of finances, billing, and accounting for Dye the Knot Adventure Weddings & Elopements; and will soon be taking on some videography!
When he isn’t busy crunching numbers, Jae loves to cook spicy Korean food, explore the outdoors, and scuba dive!

Rachel is from NSW, Australia; and joined our Dye the Knot Adventure Elopement team in July of 2023. She has a passion for photography, travel, color, and daring new experiences. She always shows up with a positive attitude and amazing sunglasses. One of her favorite places that she’s lived is Papua New Guinea, and watching the purple storms rumble in over the green misty mountains is one of her favorite experiences so far.
Rachel is always ready to laugh and dance, and she adds a streak of spontaneity to every event.

Ari is the sweet and fun-loving personality behind our social media here at Dye the Knot. After moving to Florida from Ecuador, she majored in Marketing and joined the team in 2021. When she is not working, she enjoys coercing her friends into learning TikTok dances so that she can make fun new videos, eating as many sugary snacks as she can get her hands on, and playing in the snow!

Kesia is the fun-loving, flight-booking, all-things-travel expert on our team! A new addition to the Dye the Knot in 2023, she specializes in helping our adventure & destination couples coordinate not only their wedding travel details, but their honeymoons as well!
Kesia is a military wife who loves mentoring college students and participating in medical missions trips as a clinical research nurse.
When Kesia is not getting our amazing clients the very best rates on cruises & resort packages, she enjoys performing on stage; and has participated in over a dozen theatrical productions!
